It appears sturdy, holds my 15" MacBook Pro well, has the neat little phone stand, and sets up in about 3-5 min depending how good you are. I almost rated it 4 stars for the lack of teeth on the tilt bracket , but it has rubber around it and appears to make good contact and doesn't move easily ! Also, not a fan of the low quality foam, it should have been high density and had a cut out for the corners to accommodate the cell phone holder. Lastly , the materials are good, mostly metal construction and the screws all fit well! Making it solid and could double as little desk and I intend on using it as such. The legs open up at the foot and a half mark, and don't spread out very far. The main support shaft isn't very thick, so it wobbles from someone just walking across the floor nearby. If someone brushes it, it will rock to and fro quite a bit. It's WAY to easy for someone to entirely knock this over, especially with a chunky projector. I would NOT put a 4k machine on this. Or put this in a room full of kids or drunken family or football watchers. It does have some nice straps and a corner locking mechanism for the projector. If put on a table and the shaft lowered, it adds some decent stability, but again, the weight and legs are still not the best designed.
